Algebra 1 Readiness by Grade 8?

Percent of Texas high school students receiving bachelor’s degrees from Texas colleges and universities within five years of graduation – taking AP exam vs not taking AP exam

Unless one takes challenging math courses in high school one risks failing to graduate from high school, enter the college of your choice, taking expensive college remedial courses and/or ultimately not graduate from college.

We strongly emphasize Grade 8 Algebra 1 readiness and mastery. This is an important gateway course towards more challenging math courses in high school.  These courses are needed to get into, stay in and graduate from college.
